Fountain Greens Homeowners Association is a beautiful planned community located in the Gunbarrel area northeast of Boulder, Colorado adjacent to the Boulder Country Club. Fountain Greens is approximately 1/4 mile south of Lookout Road and backs to 75th Street east of the community. Fountain Greens has 465 residential units consisting of single family detached dwellings as well as patio homes and condos.
It is a unique HOA in that it is a master association composed of several sub-associations: Buckingham Green, Buckingham Ridge, Country Club Greens, Fountain Greens I, Fountain Greens II and Ironwood as well as several other areas that do not have sub-associations and are referred to as Blocks. Most of the HOA is in Boulder County with a small area within the City of Boulder. Association residents enjoy stunning views of the flatirons overlooking Boulder. Several parks, ponds and trails are within the HOA as well. 
The association is managed by an elected Board of Directors who are responsible for maintaining common areas, enforcing governing covenants and policies, and managing reserve funds. Foster Management is our community management partner. The six sub-associations are managed by their own Boards in partnership with their management companies and govern within their Block boundaries. Homeowners in Blocks 3, 4R, 4S, 5, 6, 7, 8T, 8U and 9 (see "map" tab) are governed by the Board of Directors for the master association. For more information click on the "Architectural" tab.
