Fountain Green Homeowners Association is a MASTER HOA to Block 1 - Buckingham Green, Block 2 - Ironwood, Block 3 - Cedarwood Circle, Block 4 - Four Rivers Road, Block 5 - Four Rivers Road, Block 6 - Four Rivers Road, Block 7 - Four Rivers Road, Block 8 - Four Rivers Road, Block 9 - Buckingham Road and Poston Way, Block 10 - Buckingham Ridge, Block 12 - County Club Green, and Block 13 - Fountain Greens Condominiums I and Fountain Greens Condominiums II. A map highlighting each area can be found on the MAP tab of this website.

 

There are six sub-associations within Fountain Greens Homeowners Association with the remaining Blocks being governed by the Fountain Greens Homeowners Association Board of Directors. Residents of each sub-association are governed by the Fountain Greens Homeowners Association as well as ByLaws and Declarations for their specific sub-association. Contacts for each are below.

 

Any change to a property must be approved by the Fountain Greens Homeowners Association for Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. Any change to a property must be approved for the individual sub-association for Blocks 1, 2, 10, 12, and 13.

 

Fountain Greens Homeowners Association is responsible for the maintenance and care of all common areas in Block 11 - East Park, Outlot A, B, C, D, E, F, and  H. The Founatin Green Homeowners Association Board of Directors has oversight of Outlots J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T and U with input from the homeowners of Block 5 for Outlot L, input from the homeowners of Block 6 for Outlot K, input from the homeowners of Block 7 for Outlot J, input from the homeowners of Block 3 for Outlots M, N, O, P and Q, input from the homeowners on Block 4 for Outlots R and S, and input from the homeowners on Block 8 for Outlots T and U.
