For the Fiscal Year Ending 02/28/2019:

Annual Dues

 

There are 465 homes in Fountain Grees HOA. Each homeowner in the HOA has an equal annual assessment (dues) for maintenance and other expenses related to the Association's 13+ acres of common area as well as for funding of Reserves for asset replacements, additions and major repairs. 

 

Homeowners in Block 3 thru 8U have additional annual assessments (dues) for expenses specific to their block (such as trash services, snow removal, and block maintenance) and funding of Block reserves for asset replacements, additions and major repairs.

Homeowners in Block 9 pay only assessments (dues) for maintenance and other expenses related to the Association's 13+ acres of common area as well as for funding of Reserves for asset replacements, additions and major repairs. There are no additional Block specific assessments, as there are not any additional services provided by the HOA.

 

Homeowners in Block 1, 2, 10, 12 and 13 pay their Master HOA assessments thru their sub-associations assessment.  For information on expenses specific to those blocks, please contact your property manager for your specific sub-association.
